Make your own punching bag!
I was watching some Kung Fu movies one night and being the optimist I am, I thought to myself, "I can do that!" Theres just one problem, I needed something to practice with. After giving it lost of thought, the DIY Punching bag was born! I made a trip to my local Army surplus store and looked at all the ruck sacks they had. I was surprised how inexpensive they were. MATERIALS NEEDED: -Army ruck sack. -Old clothing (enough to fill the ruck sack). -Bag of play sand. -Gallon sized Ziploc bags. -Duct Tape. -Vinyl coated hook (similar to THIS ). -Threaded cable (similar to THIS ). -Cable Clamps (similar to THIS ).
